3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, see, or have access to your card details at any point. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Payments are accepted in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your account is in a different currency - this is outside our control.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment, you will be redirected to a secure download page where your files are immediately available. Downloads are available for a reasonable period after purchase. We recommend saving your files to your device or cloud storage immediately.

If you experience any issue accessing your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once files have been accessed or downloaded. This is consistent with consumer protection regulations applicable to digital goods delivered immediately.

If you experience a genuine technical fault that prevents access to your purchased files, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Each purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal and business purposes. You may not:
